4 out of 5

Vanessa’s sixteenth birthday is coming up soon, and she is dreading that she is getting closer to making the most important decision of her life. Through her dreading, she starts to doubt everything that she holds true and dear — her friends, her relationship, and her identity. She then meets Hector, who is more exciting and dangerous than anyone else she knows, but will he be her downfall into the dark side…?

The seventh book out of 13 books for this series. It’s another supernatural book that draws on legends of goddesses and other things like that.

I love this series. It has pretty good details, character growth, and explores some new and supernatural.

This time it is another book on Vanessa. It goes into more detail about her personality and how she keeps her “dark” side hidden, and she even meets a new guy that shows her that she’s not all pure innocence and goodness.

This book is pretty good since the author develops more into Vanessa’s personality. Also, you get to know a little bit more information about Maggie. :)

As the books/series goes on, you get more information about the Daughters of the Moon and the Atrox, which is good because it won’t overload you with information with just one book.

Any more information would spoil the books. :P
